 Choice of retailer

You must choose a distributor before being able to select products to be added to your cart.
Click on the « Order – Choose your distributor » button in the left hand browser bar, select an area then confirm.
Select your distributor in the list by clicking on one of the « Select » buttons. 
You may encounter two situations :
1. The distributor you've chosen has subscribed to our list  :
> Choose your products in our site ; you'll be applied our prices and your order will be sent by e-mail (payment by usual off line means only).
2. The distributor has his own web site :
>  You are then redirected to his site in which you'll find the products sold according to the distributor's prices. You'll have the opportunity to pay online with your bank card to accelerate your order processing (secure transaction).

 Selecting a product

-  Non-marked product 

To choose a product without printing, you just reply no to the question : « Do you want to print your product » and specify the quantity required.
Then click on « Add to cart ».

- Marked product

Click on the « Specify » button.
A new window opens where you can choose the type of printing to be applied as well as the number of colours of the printing by clicking on the corresponding « Confirm » button.
Then choose :
- the colours of your printing from the drop-down list if required,
- the technical costs (select at least one technical cost),
- the graphics costs,
- the optional extra charges, if any. 
By clicking the « Calculate » button, you will have an estimation of the price of this item according to the quantity entered.

When you have made your choice, click on « Register and close ». The window closes and you will find the detailed sheet of the product.
Click on « Add to cart ».

Comments :
- Some detailed sheets offer you a selection of additional charges and optional products.
Select those you are interested in by ticking the corresponding boxes. The optional products will be specified later on (after adding this product under selection to your cart)...
- It is of prime importance to duly follow all the steps of the process of adding a product to your cart if you do not wish to lose your selection.

-  Mix

This optional step is provided to break down the product into its various alternative colours and sizes.
So, if you choose a coloured cotton T-shirt of a quantity of 1000, you can chose to mix your order by taking 500 XL in black and 500 L in green.
Just enter the quantities required in the boxes. The total must reach the quantity ordered.
You can also opt for an automatic mix. By clicking on the « Mix automatic » menu, the cases are filled in for you

Then click on the « Continue » button.

Comment : 
The automatic mix accounts for statistical coefficients (based on the usual requirements of customers) for mixes. This is why the mix is not always equitable (white is more often requested than colours).

-  Confirmation of addition to cart 

This step is provided to view the details of the selection of the product and the stocks available.
You can then :
- modify your selection
- cancel your selection
- confirm your addition to the cart by clicking on the associated buttons.

 

 Placing of order

-  Cart

The cart is accessed at any time by clicking on the picture at the top right hand side.
It represents your selection which you can always :
- modify
- delete

You also have the possibility of modifying the price display currency.

Go to the next step by clicking on « Prepare order ».

-  Details and comments 

Enter your details for the delivery here.
You can also leave comments and attach one or more files representing logos or sketches for the printing of your products.
To do this, click on « Attach files… ».
A new window appears. Click on the « Browse » button to choose the file to be transferred in your machine then click on « Transfer file ».
Click on « Continue » to continue the preparation of the order or on « Review selection » to modify it.

Comment : 
Your files will be sent by e-mail to your distributor.

-  Order validation 

Read the summary of your order and validate the order on a final basis (« Validate » button).
Otherwise you can still modify your selection by going to the cart page.

-  Order confirmation 

You have just validated your order and you obtain this confirmation page which you can print out.
You will receive an e-mail to acknowledge receipt of your order.

Your distributor has also received your order by e-mail (if he has an e-mail address).

Comment :
If your distributor does not have an e-mail address, you are asked to print out the confirmation page and send it to him.
